Emergency tire issues can happen at the worst time—on the way to work, during a delivery route, or late at night. All-Terrain Tire Co. provides emergency tire service support 24/7 for urgent situations within our service area. Dispatch availability depends on distance, vehicle type, current call volume, and road conditions, so the best first step is to call and confirm.

If you’re searching for emergency tire service in Central New York, this page explains what to expect when you contact us, what information helps us respond faster, and how to plan your next steps if the situation requires towing or additional support.

When to call for emergency tire service

Call for emergency service when you have an urgent tire problem that makes the vehicle unsafe to drive or unable to continue—such as a blowout, rapid air loss, severe sidewall damage, or a flat that cannot be safely addressed with a spare. If you are on a busy roadway, prioritize safety first and move to a safe location if possible.

  • Blowout or sudden loss of air
  • Flat tire with no safe spare option
  • Damage that appears unsafe (sidewall bulge, split, severe puncture)
  • Commercial vehicles that cannot continue a route due to tire failure

What to expect when you call

When you call, we’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the situation and confirm whether dispatch is available. If we can respond, we’ll confirm the service approach based on vehicle type and location. If the request is outside practical coverage or the issue requires towing, we’ll tell you clearly so you can make the safest decision without delays.

We keep communication direct and practical: service coverage depends on distance and dispatch availability, and we confirm details by phone or email before work begins.

Information to have ready (helps us move faster)

Having the right details ready can help reduce back-and-forth and speed up the dispatch decision:

  • Your location: address, nearest cross street, or highway/exit marker
  • Vehicle details: year / make / model (or unit number for fleet)
  • Tire size: from the sidewall (example: 225/65R17), if available
  • Situation details: flat, blowout, slow leak, visible damage, etc.
  • Vehicle type: passenger, pickup, van, commercial unit (helps confirm capability)
  • Safe contact number: so we can confirm next steps quickly
