What To Expect
Direct answers before dispatch.
When you call, ATT will ask a few quick questions to understand the situation and confirm whether dispatch is available. If ATT can respond, the team will confirm the service approach based on vehicle type and location. If the request is outside practical coverage or the issue requires towing, you’ll be told clearly so you can make the safest decision without delays.
1. Explain the situation
Share whether it is a flat, blowout, slow leak, visible damage, or another tire issue.
2. Confirm location
Provide an address, nearest cross street, highway marker, exit, or nearby landmark.
3. Confirm next step
ATT will confirm whether dispatch, repair support, tire replacement, towing, or another path makes sense.
Service coverage depends on distance and dispatch availability. Details are confirmed by phone or email before work begins.
